Chili, Chili, Chili

I love me some chili and even more some when its winter time.  Chili can be made so many different ways to make chili.  Hot specie chili, chicken chili, enchilada chili, no bean chili or no noodle chili, thick chili, runny chili and the list can go on.  Chili is a soup you can add whatever you want to it to make it delicious.  This is what my chili looks like.

Ingredients:

  • 1 46 oz can of tomato juice
  • pepper optional
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • pre chopped onion and celery
  • 1 box of macaroni noodles
  • 1 can Kidney beans (not in photo)

Step one: Brown hamburger in a pan on middle heat and once its cooked remove from the pan and add the pre chopped onion and celery to the pan and cook until they are brown or soft.

Step Two: Pour the tomato juice into a crock pot, I use a 4 quart crock pot.  Then add the browned meat and veggies and sprinkle in some pepper if you would like.  Don’t forget to add the one can of kidney beans.  Then give it a good couple of stirs.

Step Three:  Let the soup cook on low for 5 to 6 hours and then its ready to serve.

Enjoy!!  God Bless
