A good neighbor is someone who is there for you when you need help or have questions and you are there for them. I have wonderful neighbors and it took us awhile to actually see that because we were living in the my husbands fathers past. My father in law used to live on the property before we bought it from him and he had lived here for gosh 60 years, he has never lived anywhere else. He was born and raised in this house and had is own family here as-well. Of course over the years he has had some disagreements with the neighbors which I think can be normal but he never forgave it was always hanging on. When we moved in that knowledge had been passed down to us and to be honest I was annoyed with the neighbor for treating my father in law bad so many years ago. Which looking at it now is pretty silly. We really needed our neighbors this past my when our three heifers had broken out of the pasture and were on the lamb. Let me tell you, all of our neighbors (5 of them) helped us search for them and in the end we found them and they even helped us corral them into a trailer. It was a long exhausting day and after that day I make sure I wave to them ever chance I got and I’m even facebook friends with a few of them, I know. LOL.
