mange screen time for myself. Well I have children and they take over the tv’s either watching shows or playing Frotnite with their friends and then I have my husband that takes over after the children. I do watch some familiar shows like NCIS that brings my comfort while I’m washing the dishes or cleaning a room. I would say I don’t get very much tv time but screen time on my phone is another thing. I catch myself many times just scrolling to get away from the stress thats happening around me. I would also spend so much time Pinterest looking at all the things I wanted to do that over time it became overwhelming. I now only go on Pinterest to actually look for something that I need in that moment ie; recipes, things for children, or something I’m looking at for work. I really have become mindful of how much time I spend on my phone by using the app thing on my phone that breaks down how much time you spend on each app and then at the end of the week it calculates it all together. I’ve made it my goal to stay under 5 hours each week and that really helps me.
