My Favorites!!!!

My favorite form of physical exercise is lifting weights! I really enjoy lifting heavy weights and watching over the course of a few months my body change in a few areas. It’s empowering when you see the physical changes when you flex or when your clothes fight tighter in certain areas. For me its the biceps/triceps and the quad/hamstrings and I know I’ve really grown those muscle groups. Another physical change is how much stronger I am when lifting something up that is not a weight. Lifting a child is so much easier to do and it doesn’t hurt when doing so. Lifting bails of high suddenly feel so light which is an amazing feeling because those bad boys can be heavy! Carrying feed at the food store, loading the feed in the car, and then again at home doesn’t feel exhausting but exciting! That is why weight lifting is my favorite form of physical exercise

Another favorite hobby/lifestyle of mine is being out in nature. It’s not something I get to do all the time but I really enjoy setting and listening the the wind blow or the animals around me. I love going on walks or hikes around the area. Hikes don’t happen much for more with everyones schedules or my own, the hikes are fair and few between but hopefully it will change. My goal is to bring my kiddos with me and this is a goal I can have in winter here and carry over into next year too!!
